Chili Carlo is for you if…

  1. You're thinking about what's next

Retirement, a new project, health, family. Whatever the reason, you want the business to live on.

  2. You're willing to mentor

A transition of several months or years doesn't scare you. You want to pass on what you know.

  3. You're open to vendor financing

Part of the price paid over a few years, out of profits. It's often what makes succession possible.

What buyers see

  • Sector and region
  • Revenue range
  • Number of employees
  • Year founded
  • Preferred transition length
  • Vendor financing share

What stays masked

  • Legal business name
  • Exact address and city
  • Your name and contact details
  • Exact asking price
  • Exact revenue and EBITDA
  • Data room documents

Documents open after an NDA is signed. Names, only when you both accept the reveal. This masking is enforced in the database itself, not just on screen.

Vendor financing, plainly

  1. 01You agree that part of the sale price is paid to you over several years rather than all at once.
  2. 02The buyer repays you out of the business's profits, on a schedule and rate you agree on together.
  3. 03You stay involved during the transition, which protects your business, your staff and your payments.

Chili Carlo gives you the tools to discuss and structure it. For the final terms, your accountant and lawyer remain your best allies.
